ubond started as a Senior Thesis Graphic design Project produced by Steven Rescigno. His efforts in bringing together designers was only the beginning. This project took three months of work from concept to production. The values and lessons learned throughout this time period where exciting and expensive.

This projected started as a question, “How do we make collaboration between designers easier?”. Steven Rescigno realized at the time that collaboration was a beast within its self. He questioned the ability of working together with people or the work being the cause of the problems he had during collaboration. Further research lead him to conclude that people are the number one cause of poor collaboration. It wasn’t the task, the schedule, the pressure, or money.

Although all of those are elements of a bad collaboration, they are just that elements. Steven moved on with his research finding personality types to be his answer. We all are individuals but according to Myer Briggs Research we have inner elements that speak louder to us then others. Those elements are what craft your personality type. With this now in mind Steven produced a 20 question sample Personality test based off of Myers Briggs research. This was the inner structure of the application he began to work out. From layout design work to coding at 4, 5 or 6 in the morning. His goal was to produce a solution to such a grand problem.
